This was a great day for Uwe and I when our neighbours, Bob and June asked us to go for a ride in their (circa) 1960 Chevy convertable.  The portrait isn't much of a likeness, but I had fun remembering the day.

draw and paint horses in the snow.  Linda has been

my riding instructor and friend for many years.  She

often displays this nurturing gesture with her horses, untangling the knotted hairs in their manes.
